The last stop on the Spike Hyzer Tour is short, technical and the most established course on the tour. Held one week after the USDGC, this short course should be a nice change for the professional field of golfers. The competition will be stiff as the participants in are bringing their best game forward to ensure a win in the divisional points race.
PDGA events at OT Sloan are not a new thing to Sanford, hosting the final event and awards ceremony for a points challenge is. This short course has a lot of potential for an exciting finish. The drawing for the “Cooler Competition Bag” is going to bring an air of excitement, with every person that pre registered for the Spike Hyzer Tour events having an entry per pre registration. With OT being the final stop in the tour the potential for a points series playoff is likely and with the big prizes the drama will be intense!
